For each of our buyer customers, We will:

• First, understand buyer’s needs and expectations.
• Provide no-obligation initial consultation about home buying process.
• Be available to respond to questions and/or inquiries.
• Email a list of every listing that meet the buyer’s search criteria, as they become available through the multiple listing service (MLS).
• Provide a special log in page to view property matches right on my website, especially if you do not have an email address.
• Arrange all showing appointments and accompany the buyer when viewing homes.
• Gather and provide any other additional information on homes of interest.
• Provide a free property valuation report on a home of interest, before writing an offer to purchase agreement.
• Negotiate and write counter offers if needed.
• Help coordinate property inspection.
• Oversee the closing process, work with the closing company to ensure a smooth transaction.
